BREAKING: Chiefs TE Travis Kelce Has Just Announced His Decision to… See More
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has sent Chiefs Kingdom into another wave of excitement after making a major announcement about his future with the team.
With the 2026 NFL season now underway, Kelce has made it clear that he is fully focused on football and determined to make the most of his return to Kansas City. The 36-year-old veteran previously confirmed his decision to return for a 14th NFL season after briefly considering retirement.
Speaking recently during Chiefs training camp, Kelce emphasized that he still has plenty to prove on the football field. He has also spoken about wanting to become a stronger leader for the team following Kansas City’s disappointing 6–11 season in 2025.
Now, with the preseason already underway, fans are paying close attention to every word and move from the veteran tight end.
Kelce’s latest decision comes as the Chiefs prepare for the regular season, with the star tight end determined to help Kansas City bounce back and return to championship contention.
Although questions about his eventual retirement continue to surround him, Kelce has not announced that the 2026 season will be his final one.
For now, his message appears clear: Travis Kelce is locked in, focused and ready to give Chiefs Kingdom everything he has.
