Some fans think Emma Stone gave a subtle shoutout to her BFF, Taylor Swift, during the Oscars telecast on Sunday, March 10.
The longtime friend of the touring artist was honored as Best Lead Actress for her role in Poor Things at the 96th Academy Awards, at which point she made a statement that seemed to reference the “Karma” songstress.

In a screengrab of the moment, uploaded to Twitter by Variety, the emotional actress wraps up her acceptance speech, shouting out her whole family, including her mom, brother, dad, and husband, before telling, “most importantly,” her daughter, who’s about to turn three years old, “I love you bigger than the whole sky, my girl.”
