Travis Kelce arrives in his $400,000 Rolls Royce for glitzy red carpet Chiefs premiere… but there’s no sign of Taylor Swift

There was no sign of Taylor Swift on the red carpet as Travis Kelce arrived for the premiere of the Kansas City Chiefs’ new ESPN docuseries The Kingdom on Sunday night.
The six-episode series, released last week, shines a spotlight on Patrick Mahomes, Kelce, and the rest of the Chiefs. To celebrate, the team and their families turned out for a glitzy red-carpet event in Kansas City.
Kelce was one of the last stars to arrive, pulling up in his $400,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom. Fans were left disappointed, however, when his superstar girlfriend Swift opted not to join him. Instead, his parents Donna and Ed Kelce walked the carpet, along with head coach Andy Reid and the full Chiefs roster.
In one clip posted to X by a local reporter, the 6ft 5in tight end is seen stepping out of his luxury car with his suit jacket in hand before handing the keys to a concierge. He later posed with teammates, Chiefs owner Tavia Hunt, and Tammy Reid, wife of Coach Reid.
Kelce brought some humor to the evening when he interrupted Coach Reid mid-interview. Ironically, moments earlier, Reid had been praising Swift.
“She’s a good girl, first of all,” Reid said. “She might be the most famous lady in the world right now since the Queen has passed away. What a phenomenal person she is. She’s a great leader herself.”
Kelce’s father Ed echoed that sentiment, crediting Swift for his son’s happiness. “Taylor, without a doubt,” he said. “He’s enjoying it, she’s very good for him… they are two people who truly deserve each other.”
Ed also shared his belief that at 35, his son is primed for one of his best seasons yet. “I think you’re going to see one of the best seasons Travis has ever had. He’s in incredible shape,” Ed noted, revealing he had recently watched Travis train in Boca Raton during the offseason. “Travis is ready to go, and I’m excited about that.”
On the carpet, Kelce kept his look casual but sharp, wearing a gray suit over a white T-shirt and trainers. Mahomes also appeared, posing with wife Brittany alongside Coach Reid.
Swift, though absent from the event, still features in The Kingdom — ensuring the power couple remains firmly in the spotlight as the NFL season approaches.
