Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce made a surprise appearance at the 2025 Stanley Cup Final in Florida (sorry, Florida!!!) last night—in matching outfits no less—and they appeared on camera multiple times.

So naturally lip-readers wasted no time and got straight to work.

According to Daily Mail lip reading expert NJ Hickling, Travis and Tay were seemingly busy chatting about his outfit for an upcoming event. The clip in question?

This moment ^ allegedly kicks off with Trav telling Taylor “’cause I’m big, they’re quite good jackets.

It’ll be tailored, has a hat and everything.” Tay then comments, “That’s crazy” while Travis pulls up something on her phone, and then adds, “Oh wow.”

Apparently, Travis then asks her, “Do you want that?” and she says, “You’d look like a movie star.” He then muses, “That looks like the perfect one.”

A couple things to note!
(1) This is just one interpretation of the conversation from one lip-reader, so take with a grain of salt.

And (2) there’s plenty of other footage of Taylor and Travis at the Stanley Cup Final that hasn’t been “analyzed” yet. Like, they were also spotted being completely adorable in this moment:

Per an Us Weekly source, “Florida has been the perfect escape for them. Taylor has been coming and going to Florida and is still spending a lot of her time in NYC.”

Another person added that Tay “is trying to spend as much time with him as she can by going to Boca.

They are doing stuff separately out of necessity because of his training, but when they find time to connect, it’s intentional and meaningful.”
